To become an operator, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Become a T.A.G. Veteran
2. Complete personal combat skills training
- First Rule of Combat
- Second Rule of Combat
3. Complete small unit tactics training
- Sector Deployment
- Combat Communication
- Bounding Overwatch
- Fire & Maneuver
4. Complete squad-based maneuvering training
- Basic Patrolling
- Battle Drills
- CQB Tactics
5. *Deploy on the following missions:
- Anarchy
- Search & Destroy
- Hot LZ
- Thunder Run
- Demolitions
- Bio Warfare
- HVT (High Value Target)
- Hardened Target
- Arms Race
- Fire Team Drills
- Cross Border Raid
- PsyOps
- Broken Arrow
* Successful completion is not required at this level
Equivalent training or experience may be accepted. All military and law
enforcement are accepted. Honorary membership may be given to
select individuals or to T.A.G. veterans who have not completed all
requirements but have significant combat time, have demonstrated
tactical proficiency, and have shown leadership ability by organizing
events and leading teams in combat.
Operators with honorary status must complete all requirements before
advancing to Operative SLR.
