"Playing laser tag this way is a blast, and not
only is it a great time, but you learn tactics
and skills that could be used in real-life
situations. Nowhere else comes even close
-Scott Monson
"I loved doing this!... It was so much fun, I
loved learning to do actual drills and
learning team tactics. I'm really looking
forward to doing it again, hopefully several
times with friends... I can't wait till my next
time doing this!"
-Kristen Southerland
"This is certainly the best of the best! I have
never had an experience like this when it
comes to fast, realistic lazer tagging. It helps
improve my air soft games too! I think the best
part is that if you're a loser (like me) you're
taught as you go, and get better!"
-Janae Card
"I have recently tried your laser tagging and it
was the funnest thing that I have done all
summer. It was awesome how you would give
us tips on how to survive better and attack the
opposing team more efficiently. I also liked
the separate games we would do. It was fun
to try and take down an assassin instead of
just shooting randomly at an opposing team.
The location of the game was also a huge
plus. It was fun to just have trees to hide
behind instead of man made walls. I want to
compliment you on coming up with such a
fun and exciting game."
-Matt Wald
"I have so much fun every time I go. I set a
up a game last Saturday and had an
awesome time. Josh gave clear instructions
and was able to keep everyone's attention. He
also had another game going on with the
shock guns, and that was a blast. I think one
of the best parts of going there is learning
real tactics and maneuvers and plus his
games are always really fun. Last, I really had
fun when I got to use the sniper, it was
interesting. I like how there isn't a lot of
downtime in between games. There is always
activity and it's really worth the money."
-Krystian Perez
"It was an awesome time yesterday. Mr. Uda
was a very excellent instructor... Overall it
was DANG FUN!... PUT LASER ASSAULT
OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is
worthless compared to UVtag. Thanks!"
-Jake Hillman
"To say the least, I loved it, as a matter of
fact, I am going to set up a game in the next
week or two... When I was not playing, I was
learning techniques of how to improve my
performance, as well as playing shock tag. I
had just as much fun doing these things, as I
did playing the actual uv tag. Thanks for the
great experience!"
-Sean Southerland

The realistic nature of our games compels players to do more than run & gun; players
quickly discover that they need to learn combat tactics in order to survive. In fact, the
average life expectancy of a grunt with no basic training is 30 seconds!
Fortunately for our recruits, TAG instructors teach personal combat skills, small-unit
tactics, squad-based maneuvering, and basic patrolling. TAG Instructors use a
curriculum of proven doctrine, strategy, and tactics derived from S.W.A.T.,
conventional military, and Special Forces tactics, which have been modified for
action-pursuit gaming.
Some training is given during normal campaigns to those who need it most; however,
the amount of training varies with each group and with individuals within the group. A
comprehensive, one-hour, training session can be added to the beginning of any
campaign. Adding this training package only costs an additional $5.00 per participant.
Upon request and at no additional charge, our Master Instructors can facilitate
leadership development through experiential learning. During debriefing, we examine
effective and ineffective leadership styles, practices, and decisions. Participants are
taught crucial principles of leadership and team performance and given the opportunity
to apply and develop these principles on the battlefield.
Because we use military and law-enforcement tactics, none of our skills are "Rambo"
solutions; they all focus on knowing and using the resources of the group with emphasis
on specialization and division of forces (delegation), and force-multiplication (synergy).
We also teach team-crucial combat communication, and we present structured
opportunities for each participant to plan, organize, lead, and control.
Leadership development is customized for each group, but whether we are training
scout troops, ROTC cadets, or management teams, we help all our clients develop
proactive leaders and cohesive teams in a fun and challenging environment.
For more comprehensive leadership training and team building, organizations may add a
complete, one-hour, After Action Review Session to the end of the activity. This
corporate training package covers all of the concepts mentioned above in more depth
and places additional emphasis on the development of organizational vision, mission,
purpose, and guiding principles as they relate to military objective, strategy, tasking,
and doctrine. Adding this training package only costs an additional $10 per participant.
Frontline CTU Tag Teams are our very own special forces. Section 1 and 0 members train regularly and compete in at least one tournament each month.
Once a TAG Team is formed, its members have the advantage of maintaining unit integrity. They train and compete with the same teammates and are
able to develop High Communication and Team Performance skills. With enough time, TAG Teams learn to operate seamlessly and are able to conquer
the most difficult tactical challenges. Games like Broken Arrow have only been won by TAG Teams.

Experiential, or Challenge
Learning, has become the most
sought-after method of
leadership training and team
building. Ropes courses and
outdoor recreation programs are
flourishing all across the nation.
In the midst of these training
programs, outdoor laser tag is
emerging worldwide as the most
entertaining and effective
activity for leadership
development and team building.
No learning activity illustrates the challenges and experiences of life and business more
effectively than mock warfare. No activity puts more on the line and places greater
demands on leaders and team members. At Tactical Action Games, we have a unique
approach to learning. We teach real combat tactics and are able to draw parallels to all
of the most essential principles of leadership and team-performance.
