Job Descriptions:
Cadet - Pleebs have been accepted into the Officer Candidacy Program but
are not employed by Tactical Action Games. They are in training to learn the
skills required to enlist as NCOs. Pleebs play for free and assist with the setup
and takedown of scenarios.
NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) - Sergeants are employed by Tactical
Action Games. Only sergeants may begin training to become a commissioned
officer. Sergeants manage equipment, set up and take down scenarios, load
in and out for games, train recruits in personal combat skills, and assist
commissioned officers by performing other support roles.
CO (Commanding Officer):
Lieutenant - Lieutenants are employed by Tactical Action Games. Only
Lieutenants may train to become captains. Lieutenants host events without
supervision and command one or more NCOs. In order to become a
commissioned officer, NCOs must qualify to instruct recruits during basic
training. They must also be able to brief all games in the recruit campaign.
Lieutenants also teach small-unit tactics, basic patrolling, and squad-based
maneuvering.
Captain - Captains are employed by Tactical Action Games. Captains have
all of the skills and perform all of the duties of lieutenants. They can brief
games for advanced campaigns, and they are also able to teach principles of
leadership and team performance as they relate to Doctrine, Strategy, and
Tactics.
